Be aware of the location as the map provided by 9Flats is not accurate. It shows the location near the Pantheon but it is an hour walk away from there. This is a 9flats issue and not the owner. The area is concerning at first due to the amount of graffiti but it turned out to be a very nice area as it is all locals with the university very close by. The restaurants in the area are amazing and half the price in the tourist area. if you don't mind commuting into the tourist area, highly recommended apartment.

We are completely satisfied with our stay in the apartment of Emilia and Adriano. The description of the apartment agreed with the actual state of it. The apartament is equipped with all necessary equipments that allows six people to stay for a long stay. The place is very well communicated, very close to aparament bus stops allow for quick connections to the city center and Marina di Pisa or Tirrenia. Those who prefer walking will not be disappointed, within 15-20 minutes you can easily get to Pisa Cetrale, 30 minutes will take a trip to Torre di Pisa. The hosts also provided the apartment with maps and information on attractions that are in the area. In the apartment's equipment there is also a cookbook with regional recipes - it is really cute. The owners are really charming and helpful. Adriano on the first day of our stay thoroughly explained and familiarized us with the surrounding area. We recommend this choice is really worth the money.

The photos showing a very well lit flat disguised the fact the it had no natural light. There were two large supporting beams in the bedroom level that you had to bend under to move around. The central location helped overcome these disappointing features and we enjoyed our stay.

Nous n'avons pas rencontré Alvise mais le logement est très bien et très bien équipé. La literie est nickel, l'emplacement idéal. Bref, on a passé un très bon séjour. Il y a juste internet qui ne fonctionnait pas et l'appartement n'est pas lumineux, mais on ne vient pas à Venise pour rester enfermé à surfer sur internet donc on recommande chaudement !
