Die Wohnung überzeugt durch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, da nimmt man auch die Lage in Kauf. Der Alex ist innerhalb von 20 Minuten mit der Tram bequem zu erreichen, die direkt vor dem Haus hält. Die Ausstattung läßt eigentlich keine Wünsche offen, allerdings sollten dringend nicht zuletzt aus Sicherheitgründen die zerstörten Steckdosen ersetzt werden. Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. trotz der vielen Bewohner gibt es keinen Lärm. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden sie bei unserem nächsten Berlin-Besuch sicherlich wieder buchen.

Very fine appartment and good space if you are many people. We have been disappointed a lot of times when we have booked an appartment, but this time was very different. Very clan appartment and very accuarte to the description on the booking side. Also very good service from the host. In generel very positive!

Really easy to get to and from the centre (just hop on the tram from outside the apartment) and a great area to really experience East Berlin. The apartment had great cooking facilities and the beds were very comfortable. Overall it was a very good way to spend our trip.
