The villa is located on the first hill of San Bartolomeo al Mare in a dominant position over the gulf, with sea and mountain views. The gulf and the villa are surrounded by maritime pines and Mediterranean scrub.
To the east stands the ancient medieval village of Cervo, a destination for painters and poets.
In San Bartolomeo there is the free beach (unique in the area) and the brand new promenade along the seafront, while in nearby Diano Marina there are sandy beaches and many shops for shopping.
EXTERIOR: at the entrance there is the entrance square with private parking and around the villa there is the garden which can be used as a relaxation area or play area for children. The view is over the Danish gulf and the villa is illuminated by the sun from dawn until dusk.
A newly built SWIMMING POOL is available to guests where they can find moments of extreme pleasure, fun and relaxation for a truly unforgettable stay.
Sunbeds, canopies, barbecue and bar area complete the pool area.
The villa is on two floors. The upper one on the ground floor is available to guests with private and independent access of 150 m2, while on the lower floor with independent access the Owner houses with caretaker duties.
INTERIOR: The villa consists of two bedrooms (one double and one with a mezzanine bed), bathroom with shower and chromotherapy, a large open space living room with double sofa bed which can offer additional beds if necessary.
