Noel is an excellent host--very helpful and friendly. The apartment is in an excellent location--walking distance to the beach at Balluta Bay as well as walking distance to The Point shopping mall. There is a large grocery store nearby (Scott's) as well as lots of restaurants and of course, the promenade along the sea. Good value for money!
