Pros: a great neighbourhood, convenient location right off the hiro-o underground station which connects easily to most parts of Tokyo. basic but well equipped kitchenette, nice separation of living room (ground floor) and bedroom), good a/c on both floors, self check in / out
Assaf reviewed Hiroo Cozy House ROPPONGI walk12min in Hiroo 5 Choume
Cons: bed mattresses are very soft and not suitable for those with back problems, wifi is unstable and often slow -

Place was extremely spacious for Tokyo standards (at least I think so). We only had three people, so it fit us nicely. Plenty of towels and bedding. Good ventilation. It is a bit of a trek from the Shibuya station though. It would help to say exit at Exit 16c as that is the closest exit to the apartment and also provides for an escalator for luggage. There is a bus you can choose to take to the station if you don't want to walk too much.
