The flat is well described by the host. The flat is cozy yet fully met the accomodation for a family of 4-5 people with kids. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything is clean and tidy. The place is closed to metro station, and dynamics nearly of asian supermarket/restaurants. Prepare yourself if you bring along heavy luggages as the flat is at 3rd floor without elevator. To sum up, the place is good value for money, and I would definitely come back here if travel with family with reasonable budget.

It was a good gite, which fit the overall description given to us in the details of the apartment. The location was fine, and the host was welcoming. However, I am not usually one to give critiques; but, I hope this is a one time problem: we found used tissues underneath the duvet. I had the unfortunate experience of my feet touching it whenever we got into the bed. It made me think that the sheets had not been changed.
Hopefully, like I said, one time issue.

The flat was perfect for our Paris family adventures! The size, location, and quality of the flat was exactly what we needed to help us easily explore Paris for the first time. We literally had a Metro connection and a grocery store right out the front door. To our delight we were within easy walking distance to multiple different historic neighborhoods, exciting streets, and even the Pompidou( only 4 blocks away). We would highly recommend.
