Die Wohnung ist schön ruhig, obwohl sie zentral in Eppendorf in einem wirklich sehr schönen Viertel liegt. Perfekte Anbindung zur U-Bahn, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß (U3, U1). Das Zimmer - sowie auch die (mitnutzbare Küche) und das Bad sind sehr sauber - man fühlt sich auf jeden Fall wohl dort. Bad ist über den Flur (nicht direkt vom Zimmer) zu erreichen - man sollte also eher nicht nackig vom Zimmer zum Bad spazieren :) Insgesamt sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Jule ist nett und unkompliziert. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe konnte sie selbst nicht anwesend sein, hat aber flexibel einen Alternativplan organisiert. Hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. P.S. Praktisch fand ich auch die Tanke um die Ecke (ca. 50 m von der Haustür) - falls man nachts noch schnell eine Kleinigkeit braucht :)
