Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The apartment is in a beautiful turn-of-the-century building with high ceilings and beautiful windows. The rooms are both very spacious and homely. The area seemed really nice to us, the flat is across the street from a university building and a small park. Also, there are a couple not-so-touristy and cheap but neat bars around. We enjoyed our stay!

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, hell, nett eingerichtet, vielleicht ein bisschen alt, aber sauber und sogar echt gemütlich, auch wenn ich hohe decken nicht so mag. Wir haben gut geschlafen in dem doppelbett, man konnte die wohnung mit der tram rund um die uhr erreichen und es gab in der nähe einen laden für alles was man braucht. Und dafür war es ein guter preis, ich kann die wohnung nur empfehlen.

I do not exactly what it happens, apparently they do not look the reservation calender from 9fltas or made a mistake in their personal calenders .In fact, they did not expect me on monday: Pavel stayed in front of the door wondering who I was. As consecuence, the bedroom was not prepared and clean. Aditionally, Pavel did not know which one of the rooms I rented and he was in a hurry and left the flat quickly after I told him which one of the bedrooms was rented and changed the sheets and Blankets. It was for me very weird the whole situation. For check out was the same situation. Cindy thought I would checkt out tomorrow Thursday and not today.
She call me from prag waiting to meet me today afternoon in the flat, but I was already at my home in germany!. On the Fotos the Bedroom and the WC look cleaner , in fact the bedroom has not been clean in weeks, was very dirty. The carpet and the night tables in the bedroom was not clean as well. In general, It was a regular experience.

First of all the location!!!! It take only a few minutes too get National Museum or Main Railway station. Although Flat is situated in the centre it is surprisingly quiet. The room where we slept was big as it was described. We had some problems in bathroom with shower mixer but it was temporary.:)
Last but not least, I was able to park my car for free whitch was very important form me:)

I had a good time at this flat. Everything was clean and there was nothing missing for me. Around the flat are many shops and pubs/restaurants, where you can eat and drink for a moderate price. The supermarket and other shops are about 2 mins to walk away.
A park is on the other side of the street.

The flat is very well connected to the center, there are two trams going directly where everything important is located (trams go very frequently in Prague). It is a comfortable flat where you can also use the kitchen and put your stuff in the fridge.

The room was really big, equipped with everything that you may need during your journey. The house was really clean with everything that I needed, from towles to a big clean fridge, a nice stove, etc.
The appartment was located in a very quite and nice neighbourhood. 15 minutes of walk to the city center, 5 minutes of walk to the next super market and less than 5 minutes to the nearest park made my stay really enjoyable.
This place would be definitely my choice of staying in prague.
