Hello Jorge,
Jorge is pretty good guest actually even though he left us a bad review. No hassle. I made a mistake of puting the wrong date on the calendar so we didn't expect him one day earlier. My bf had no idea who he was at first and had to contact me. We wanted to invite him for dinner that's why i called and realized he's already checked out. It's pretty normal that guest checking out early and just leave the key. So we totally mixed, our fault.
But in response to the other rating, our flat is actually right in the center, a few minute walk to the tourist square. It's a brand new rennovated building and we are actually over equipped with even a spare fridge for guest to use. As for the cleaning, we both ourselves cleaned the flat the day before. The carpet was old and we couldn't get rid of the existing permanent stains. When we offered him the room which was bigger. But anyway, it couldn have been better -
