Surrounding attractions include the Wilderness Cycle Trail, walking and mountain biking tracks. You can enjoy local star gazing. The Theatre Royal Hotel is within walking distance. Kumara Village, as well as a range of rivers, lakes and beaches are all within 10 minutes' drive. The property is a 20-minute drive from Hokitika and Greymouth, and 1-hour drive from Punakaiki pancake rocks.
The main property has no TV, but a range of games, books and magazines encouraging guests to socialise and relax. A fully equipped self catering kitchen, large dining table and open plan connecting lounge makes this a great space to share with friends and family. There is a wood burning fire, heaters and beanbags. Towels and linen are included for the villa.
