ASH 5.0 2012-05-19Cristina & David are very kind & considerate guests and it was a pleasure to have them in our home. One night, David & Cristina made us a traditional tortilla and salsa dish from Valencia which was delicious! We then shared some Scottish beer and whiskey together and enjoyed spending time with both of them. David also likes to lose his wallet so if he is staying with you make sure you know where the nearest Spanish consulate is! We hope you both enjoyed your stay in Edinburgh & that we will see you again in the future. We are glad to have gained two new friends. slàinte mhath , Ash & Charlie
