Barbara 5.0 10/04/2014Perfect place if you plan to take the train from the airport. Close to the Point Neuf over to Ile d Cite and Notre Dame and only a block to the #1metro line.
Very quiet flat that overlooks an inside courtyard.

Die Lage des Studios war einfach unschlagbar. Auch die große war für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Das nächste mal in Paris wirds auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Apartment

If you're looking for a central, convenient and safe location in Paris you would be hard pressed to find a better location than Yassine's apartment. My daughter and I walked nearly everywhere and loved having a supermarket downstairs.

Das wirklich Besondere an dieser Unterkunft ist die Lage: sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig.
Leider liess die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Als besonders ärgerlich empfanden wir, dass sämtliche Kästen mit seinen Kleidern und Schuhen vollgestopft waren. Dies sollte der Gastgeber dringend ändern. -

The apartment is having a perfect location, most of the touristic places can be reached walking from there. Just a few steps from a main avenue and still in a quiet atmosphere, giving the perfect chance to take a rest before going out again.

Can say only good things about this apartment and his owner, location is amazing, near shopping streets and point of interests like Louvre, Concorde,etc. Apartment is very confortable for 2 or 3 persons, is fully equipied with kitchen, electrodomestics, internet, tv etc. Hope will be back soon in Paris and for sure will book the same apartment again. Thanks Yassine for your hospitality and everything

A very small appartement in the backyard with too little sunlight. But nevertheless homelike. The Bed is very comfortable, the shower always warm, cooker and fridge are walking. We had nothing more to ask!
Even some fruits and a small, nice letter were on the table!

Our host was very helpful. We were able to check in early which is a bonus if you are flying in from the US.

Yassine ist ein wirklich netter und hilfsbereiter Mensch, der sich auch gerne die Zeit nimmt einen das "echt" Paris zu zeigen.

As two women travelling together, we were very aware that we were staying in a guy's apartment. Not perhaps the cleanest or neatest place in town but we did have everything we needed and communication at all times was excellent.

Er begrüsste uns mit einer Flasche Wein, samt Korkenzieher. Den kleinen Tisch hatte er für zwei Personen gedeckt - eine wirklich schöne Geste! Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen.

Altough i didn't have the chance to meet Yassine in person, she was always available to give any required information. I do recommend her as a good host.

Yassine is a very nice person, friendly and available for all guest questions, He try to help with everything and make your stay more confortable. I recomend this apartment for everyone.

Very friendly and helpful host. Doesn't disturb us at all. Just left a key and we were living as in our own bed. Survival French is absolutely helpful in communication.

Yassine and her girlfriend are very nice persons, they are living the new year s day at house, so was party time at house and they colaborate and participate with my another guests to make a nice fest. They were meeting important places in the city and visiting the bars. Are very nice and keep the ambient. Always make the necessary questions and ask information. They always respect to the house and the another guests because are very educated. Good travel to both.
