We'll recommend it for young people (especially the party ones), for position (very well linked to U-bahn, S-bahn, nocturnal bus and to Airport Schonefeld), for the way it's furnished, and most of all for quality-price ratio.Very nice and cozy flat. The room is one of the roommates's bedroom, so it is to specify that he will get in (of course when your' not in) to get his clothes. There's only one bathroom to share, provided with a bath-shower, and you'll be supplied with towels.The kitchen is to share like the bathroom, but the "labor space" is always full of dirty glasses and dishes, so it is too difficult to cook something. The flat is apt for young people, students, but absolutely not for families with children. That because almost everynight there's a party with loud music and noisy squalls. A very difficult situation for people who want to visit the city during the whole day.

The first day we had a very pleasent impression of both flat and roomates. We chatted most of all with C, which speaks good English and is a down on earth, friendly guy. Unfortunately we couldn't say the same things of the other days, and it's for this reason that we didn't write aything till yet. We would like to underline, that we don't want to discredit the flat or roomates profile, but we're writing what we felt in respect and honesty of 9flats and future hosts.
There were parties almost every night, which is a taugh situation for a tourist who passed the entire day visiting the city and when he come back late at night just want to rest and sleep. The guests' accomodation wasn't so good 'cause there was a lack of respect for hosts,especially for the noise during the night and early morning and the use of common spaces. As already said we truly recommend it for position and most of all for quality-price ratio. In any case people are friendly. To suggest to german party people.
