  French mother who thinks all world has to speak french booked for her 2 spoiled kids. As usuall they dont understand anything as we had written to them that there are guests in the penthouse the day they arrive and check out was 12 noon so logically the apartment had to be cleaned. But we offered then a check in at noon to leave their bags anyways. The kids got lost and called to ask how to get to the flat but they didnt even know where they were so how can you help someone like that ??
  After finally arriving at the penthouse they just complained about just anything.... Terrible experience all through.....
