Michel et Martine 4.0 05/12/2014L'appartement correspond parfaitement aux descriptions et les photos ne sont pas trompeuses. Aucun bruit. Très propre. Bien situé pour faire quelques achats (supérette à 100m) et des restos dans la rue. 5étoiles correspondent à " fantastique" , 4étoiles à "vraiment bien". L'appartement est "presque fantastique" !.
Il y a une machine Nespresso, pensez à vos capsules... Il y a un petit frigo dans chaque chambre, et deux petits frigos dans la cuisine.Pour être complet, un frigo américain remplacerait avantageusement ces 2 petits frigos qui ont tendance à chauffer car encastrés dans le mobilier et sans aération, et ne sont pas très pratique pour réfrigérer de grandes bouteilles.Note globale pour le logement 9/10.
Seul bémol , il y a 3 caméras de vidéo surveillance ( une à l’extérieur devant l’entrée, et deux dans les parties communes du logement ) dont on ne maitrise pas le fonctionnement. Limite ...

Wir waren 3 Pärchen mit einem Baby im Quartier - und es war einfach perfekt! Jeder hatte seine Privatsphäre durch das eigene Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und zugleich auch die gemeinsamen Räumlichkeiten, wo wir gemeinsam gefrühstückt haben und abends noch gemeinsam bei einem Gläschen Wein oder Martini den Tag ausklingen ließen.
Übrigens: Vom Baby war in der Nacht nie was zu hören - außer im Zimmer der Eltern selbst ;-)

We were 3 couples with one baby – and the loft was perfect for us! All of us had privacy because of the 3 bedrooms with own bathroom inside and on the other hand we had common rooms where we had our breakfast and had some drinks in the evening to complete the day.
By the way: We have never heard the baby crying in the night –except its parents who slept in the same room ;-) -

The loft was truly beautiful. We were 6 adults but each couple had complete privacy. Everything was of a very high standard. The bedrooms,bathrooms and sitting area were spotlessly clean. We would definitely stay at the loft again.

Great Place to relax. The hosts are fantastic and the apartment couldn't be situated any better.
The only thing is that the place gets really cold. Even though you can turn off the air conditioner there is one that you can't control.
Apart from that, great place!

Stéfania ,et Gabriella qui nous a accueillis , sont de très bons services . Elle nous a réservé un mini van pour le transfert de l'aéroport au logement, et idem pour le retour. Pas de mauvaise surprise avec le chauffeur ( ponctuel et tarif respecté).
Nous n'avons pas rencontré Stefania mais communiquions par mél. Elles nous a donné qqes bonnes adresses que nous avons pu tester . ;-)Note pour Stéfania, et Gabriella ; 10/10 . Très sérieuses

Stefania war einfach wahnsinnig herzlich und bemüht - hat während des Aufenthaltes noch Lokaltipps per e-mail geschickt und uns an die Zeitumstellung erinnert.
Wir haben uns einfach rundum wohlgefühlt! Danke für alles und beim nächsten Mal Rom in größerer Runde komme ich gerne auf Stefania und das Loft zurück!

Stefania was so wonderful and helpful – during our stay she gave us tipps for restaurants and even reminded us for the change to summertime.

Our host Stefania was extremely welcoming and friendly. She arranged a car to collect us from the airport and was waiting to meet us when we arrived. She was very helpful and had a lot of information on the area, restaurants, bars etc. We very much enjoyed meeting Stefania

Most kindest and caring host you could have. If you have a problem it will be fixed a few hours later.
