We went to London with 5 persons in december 2013.
For this price it's the best kind of appartement that you can get.
Everything we needed was inside the flat. It was not as clean as hotel room but I think for this price everything was okay.
There's a bug supermarket only a few minutes away. The metro station is about 10 to 15 minutes away from the flat.

non molto pulito....si trova al piano 5 in un edificio brutto....ascensori e atrio molto sporchi e con odori sgradevoli.....la gente è quello che è gira tanta polizia anche la notte ci sono i suoni della sirena a tutte le ore....le cose positive sn 2.....una bella visuale su canary wolf e sporgendosi poco più si riesce a vedere anche lo shard l'altra invece è che l'underground è vicinissima....la stazione è quella di MILE END...

NEGATIF : Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité. En effet, sur place, nous nous sommes aperçu que les photos mettaient bien en valeur le logement mais le jour de notre arrivée quel ne fut pas notre déception sur plusieurs points (le sol est en mauvaise état, l'ensemble du logement n'est pas rénové - un côté est encore en simple vitrage avec des fenêtres qui ne ferment pas correctement, le meuble présent dans une des chambres est sur le point de tomber,...). Le quartier dans lequel il se situe, n'est pas très fameux (il faut éviter de sortir le soir, quartier pas très sur :s).
Le logement se situe dans un immeuble vétuste et mal entretenu.

POSITIF : L'hôte nous a reçu très agréablement, le logement est bien desservis par les transports en commun à moins de 500 m. L'équipement du logement est complet, il est facile de petit-déjeuner sur place ou autre.

Le rapport/qualité prix ne correspond pas forcément au vue des nombreux points négatif.,

Appartement pas entretenu. Beaucoup de moisissures dans salle de bains et robinetterie a revoir.
Literie déplorable, chaise cassées. Infiltration d'eau dans une chambre en cas de forte pluie, pas de rideau occultant dans chambre d'ou lumière toute la nuit
Quartie trés moyen , ressemblant au 93 de chez nous. Bien que propre dans l'ensemble et calme.
Bien situé géographiquement

Batson House is quick of hearing, but really quiet during nighttime. All in all the location of the house and the flat itselve are much more pleasing than under the first impression. An excellent starting point for visiting Central London.
We will book it again!

Waren als Familie mit 2 Jugendlichen 5 Tage dort. Die Wohnung ist in Ordnung, sie war frisch gestrichen und roch noch etwas nach Farbe. Die Küchenausstattung ist ok, habe schon bemängelt, dass die Pfanne unbedingt ausgetauscht werden sollte und auch ein größerer Topf für 4 Personen sowie eine Schüssel fehlen. Das Haus ist recht alt mit Außeneingängen, die vergittert sind. Anfangs etwas einschüchternd aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Die Wohnung ist mitten im Banglaviertel von London und als "Weißer" fällt man richtig auf. Man sollte offen sein und keine Vorurteile haben, dann ist es ok. Für Familien mit kleineren Kindern nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert. (teils laut im Hinterhof oder vom Bolzplatz her). Die Lage ist super zentral - 2 Stationen bis zur Tower Bridge.

The good things about the flat:
+ close to Limhouse DLR and bus station just in front of the door in less than 20 min at top atrackions
+ the contact was nice and very friendly
+ TV and free internet
+ working heating
+ close to brick lane (if you like indian cousine)

minus:
- the flat wans´t as big as expected based on the images very very small - flat isn´t really good for 3
- - showers almost cold
- - - the third bed was a dirty couch
- - - extemly noisy, windows allowed all noise from main street in, without ear plugs, no chance to slepp
-- cleanliness :-(

Kleines Appartment mit kleinem Bad und kleiner Kochniesche. Sehr klein aber Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war gut und für einen Londontrip für 2 Personen geeignet.
