Peter 5.0 01/08/2014It was the first time that it happened to me that I missed an appointment with a guest. I didn't hear the reminder set in my smartphone which I always rely on, since I was busy helping my partner getting her new apartment ready. When I noticed, I apologized and offered Simge to come two hours later. But he had already given up and booked a hostel. I'm very sorry that this happened.
