The flat is well described by the host. The flat is cozy yet fully met the accomodation for a family of 4-5 people with kids. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything is clean and tidy. The place is closed to metro station, and dynamics nearly of asian supermarket/restaurants. Prepare yourself if you bring along heavy luggages as the flat is at 3rd floor without elevator. To sum up, the place is good value for money, and I would definitely come back here if travel with family with reasonable budget.

Charmante, für vier Personen ausreichend große Altbauwohnung. Alles vorhanden, was man für die kurze Zeit, die man in der Wohnung verbringt, braucht .Ruhig gelegen in einem Hinterhof, verlässt man diesen aber, tritt man ins pulsierende Leben von Paris. Geschäfte mit allem, was man braucht, Restaurants, Bistros usw. Nur wenige Minuten von den Metrostationen entfernt, auch vom Bahnhof Gare d' Est schnell erreichbar.

Zwei separate Schlafzimmer waren für uns ganz wichtig. Die Lage der Wohnung war spitzenmäßig! Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt!

It needs a good clean! There was no dish drying towel which is unhelpful. The shower leaks all over the floor. There was no mention of a deposit required and 2nd day in I was given a French paper to sign which I would not because I could not read it and a demand for a deposit. The floor between apartments is very noisy and upstairs neighbours kept us awake all hours of the night stomping around their flat.

The appartment was as described, clean, very well equipped and in a nice area of Paris. We were very satisfied with everything, the key was left for us and someone came to pick up the deposit. The only thing that bothered us was the cleaning lady. She arrived way too early and started cleaning whilst we were packing and getting ready. Overall we can recommend this appartment and had a nice time there.

The flat is situated in the 3rd floor looking on a quiet courtyard - 3 minutes walk from the Metro Station, equipped with Coffee Machine, Waterboiler, Toaster, everything you need is there. Supermarkets and Bakerys in the street. It is a very multicutural aerea, you shouldn't miss the Belleville Market on Friday - just a few minutes walk up the street between the Metro Stations Belleville and Menilmontent.
You will feel fine in this place and I am sure this will help you to make your stay in Paris a success.
I would like to stay there again on my next trip to Paris.

the host delegated another lady, Eliane to welcome us and take care of our stay. Eliane is super attentive, warm and closely. She lived nearby and allowed us to drop off our luggages earlier, which is great for us.

Nette, kleine, zentral gelegene Wohnung mit guter Aufteilung. Sie liegt sehr ruhig in einem Innenhof. Wir haben uns zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Alle Verabredungen haben wunderbar geklappt. Sogar unsere Probleme mit der WC-Spülung am Wochenende wurden sofort gelöst.

We did not meet the owner but a friend of her who handled everything. He was very nice and everything went smoothly. If we would have needed any information, he sure would have helped us.

I didn't meet Sandra myself but we had a nice email contact. And she was so nice to help me with the contract for my friend.It was Vincent with whom I signed the contract and he was always ready to answer very quickly to my SMS. You shouldn'd miss to read one of his books in the shelter.I liked Mot par Mot and I bought it before I left.
