Pete is a strange and unclear person. He says that he misunderstood the comprehension of my message where I wrote that they will share the flat with another person but then he was unhappy with that situation. So even today it's not clear if he was happy or not. A part from that I had the stupid idea to refund a part of the money, just to make a special thing for him and instead to be honest and says sorry, don't worry, it was my fault because I misunderstood, he accepted. And at least he didn't replied at all at my invitation to drink a coffee together, so was very very unfriendly. In the flat everything was ok, but he rest an unclear person.
