Gabriela 5.0 04/06/2015The apartment is located in the heart of Cannaregio in a small and quiet side street . All necessary shops and markets are around the corner, as well as the vaporetto stop . The bright apartment is tastefully decorated with antique furniture, has a well-equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom with window. There are many small bars and restaurants that are away from the mass tourism visited by Venetians in the nearby area . We felt very comfortable here and would highly recommend this property .

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Not a four star hotel, but for a family of four on a budget, we could not have asked for much more!

well located appartment in a calm street of cannareggio. everything can be found in walking distance. we have had a nice weekend in venice

Di fronte al Casinò di Venezia, questo appartamento è semplicemente perfetto. Non fatevi ingannare dalle scale in entrata, una volta aperta la porta vi troverete in un caratteristico angolo veneziano. Due camere, un bagno (forse un po' stretto), una cucina e un salottino con tv. Luminoso, ordinato e pulito, vi sembrerà di vivere la magia della Venezia di un tempo, tra incantevoli calli e campielli.
Nella zona, negozi, ristoranti, supermercati e una fermata del vaporetto a un minuto a piedi. Il canal grande è dietro l'angolo.This review was written by an official member of the 9flats Team

sehr schöne und große Wohnung, gute aber auch ruhige Lage, Supermärkte in der Nähe, alles top :-)

Nicola is a very friendly , helpful host who picked us up from the car park and accompanies us the apartment.

The host was out of town, but had a associate ready to help us within 10 minutes. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

nicola is kind and friendly person who picked us up at night at the boat station. he gave some useful hints and was very professional.

ganz nett, hat uns jedoch immernoch keine Rechnung gegeben, nach der Buchung sollten wir 50€ bezahlen, weil wir nach 8 erst bei der Wohnung ankamen (das hätte er ja auch mal früher sagen können), da wir genervt von der ganzen Sucherei waren haben wir in die Suchleiste oben anstatt 3 Personen die 1 stehen lassen, da sich der Preis auch nicht verändert hat bei 3 Personen, ausversehen haben wir dann für eine gebucht und mussten nochmal 10€ pro Person pro Tag extra zahlen. Die ganzen Extrakosten von denen nichts in der Beschreibung stand waren sehr sehr ärgerlich.
