The flat is nice and very functionally equipped, you will find everything you need for a shorter or longer trip. Everything was tidy and neat. The location is very good, Notre Dame is in walking distance and all other places of interest can be easily reached by metro.

Voilà un vaste et spacieux logement très intelligemment pensé et tout aussi fonctionnel. L'alliance de l'inox et du bois est douce à l'œil. Sachant que la Seine est au bas de l'immeuble, que les bateaux ne sont pas loin, et que l'agitation trépidante du quartier de la Bastille est à quelques minutes à pied, vous avez tous les ingrédients pour passer un excellent séjour!

We had a brilliant time in Paris. The apartment was spotlessly clean, it had everything we needed. The apartment block was very quiet and safe and in a nice area. The beds were very comfortable and the sofa bed was a proper double bed. The shower was great too. The location was in an excellent. It is only a few minutes walk to Quai de la Rapée metro line. Bastille and Gare de Lyon metro stations were also close by. Manuel gave us information on local restaurants, places to visit and directions to the metro lines and local supermarkets. Thank you Manuel for being an excellent host. We will definitely stay in your apartment again when we return to Paris.

Manuel is a very friendly, pleasant and helpful host. He gave us many hints and also by his support we had a really great stay in Paris.

Manuel was more than the host. He spoke about the city, explained everything we had around and still speak Portuguese! A great person!

Manuel T, enthousiaste propriétaire de ce beau studio est un amoureux du Paris insolite. Les cadres qu'il a apposé sur ses murs reflètent également son goût du voyage et de l'évasion. C'est un hôte très attentif, que vous aurez la chance de rencontrer.
