Cosy, little appartement, very clean and unbelievably close to the city centre (10 min. To the Eiffel tower by foot).

The studio is very nice. We had a good time in the apartament. The kitchen is well supplied, the bed was clean and the bathroom is functional. The metro stations aren't far from the studio and there are also confortable business and shop in the closeness. Good experience.

The place is very nice! Close to the Eiffel Tower, less than 15 minutes walk. The neighbourhood is calm and safe, no problem to return or arrive late during the night. There are very good restaurants in the street, at least three.
Very easy to arrive from Charles de Gaule airport. There is a street full of shops and two supermarkets close to the apartment.

The apartment is very nice. The place is very near to the eiffel tour, all the things you need are in the near, like the metro, market and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay and will come again.

The location was good because the place was between 2 Metro stops. However, the place could use an update such as fresh paint and furnishing such as adding a door on the closet. It could also be cleaner. The stove top appliance was old had a problem but was fixed after we called the owner.

Das Studio liegt wirklich sehr gut in der Nähe des Eiffelturms und der Metro. Viele Geschäfte in fussläufiger Nähe. Für ein verlängertes Wochenende vollkommen ausreichend. Für den Preis ist es OK!

The place was very clean and comfortable, though not very big. But this is something that we already knew. One of the best things is the proximity to the Eiffel tower (10-15 minutes on foot), metro and practically whatever you might need. The apartment has a small court, where you can rest a little bit or have a coffee. The place is very quiet, as the quarter, and you don't even hear the neighbors. You can feel the metro from time to time, but you get use to it and only during the day. During the night there is absolutely quiet.

Das kleine Appartement ist hübsch, gemütlich und zentral gelegen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und kommen gern wieder.

Sczhönes kleines pariser Apartement, 5-10 Min zum Eiffelturm, sauber, TERASSE ;), ...

Was will man mehr, genau das richtige um Paris zu wohnen.

The flat was tiny but cosy, great location, so you can walk to the main attractions in Paris. the kitchen is well equipped and everything in the flat works.

Ludmilla offered us a very nice home in Paris. We had all we needed.

The location is great - in the center, close or with very convenient transport links to all major attractions. The studio is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

Un quartier très agréable est bien emplacé, tout près de supermarché et de métro (et d'un charmant petit marché les mercredis et les dimanches).
Ludmilla nous à donné des plans de la ville et quelques renseignements utiles.
Le studio est vraiement joli, n'en doutez pas de vous loger ici.

Great location! Having the patio is very nice! I will say that a subway runs right below but we did not find that it was a problem! We loved our stay and will recommend to all!

Everything was just like described, very cosy apartment where we found everything we needed to have a great stay in Paris :) Close to metro station, close to super markets, quiet and safe area.

The appartment is very central. You have everything you need nearby. The métro-station is 2 minutes away, and the Eiffel-Tower 10! I totaly reccomand this appartment if you want to stay in Paris.

Très charmant, la propriétaire soigne cet appartement avec beaucoup d'amour et on se sent très bienvenu, appartement très bien équipe, Ludmilla nous a aidé avec toutes nos questions et doutes.
Une petite cour presque "privée" rend le logement parfait.
On entend le métro passer par le souterrain, un phénomène typiquement parisien.

Our stay at the Studio Paris Tour Eiffel was perfect. Everything worked out as planned, Ludmilla waited for us when arriving and gave us instructions about the studio as well as tips about things to do. The apartement was easy accessible by metro. All in all, we can only recommend the apartement!

A really nice apartment in a quiet neighbourhood near the tour eiffel, with a metro station nearby. Perfect studio to spend a city-trip in, everything you need is ready to use. We had a great time in Paris and would deffinitely come back to live there!

Le studio est très fonctionnel, on s'y sent chez soi, ce qui est bien plus agréable qu'une chambre d'hôtel. Le métro passe près de l'immeuble mais rien de désagréable. Le quartier est sympathique et proche de tous les sites d'intérêt (station de métro au bout de la rue et vous pouvez marcher facilement jusqu'à la tour Eiffel). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zweckmäßig für einen Städtetrip. Sie liegt zwar nur in der Nähe von einer Metrolinie aber es lassen sich alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem in kurzer Zeit erreichen. Das Bad ist recht klein, aber Handtücher und Haartrockner liegen bereit. Die Kochecke ist gut ausgestattet, gemeinsames Kochen geht jedoch nur schwer.

Nice and cosy. Everything you need for a short stay is available. Fridge, microwave, towles, tv and fre w-lan. Looking forward to visit again!

The apartment was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our short stay (4 days) in Paris. We felt that the area was very secure and nice, even in the evenings. The room was very clean and cozy.

The Metro was only a short walk away. The Eiffel Tower can be reached by foot in less than 15 minutes. Shopping malls and supermarkets were also close or around the corner.

You can park your car in front of the apartment for free during the weekend. On working days you need to buy a prepaid card (e.g. in a tabac shop) to retrieve parking tickets, prices are about 1,20 EUR per hour.

The flat really is perfect for any stay in Paris. It had everything we needed - was very clean and tidy on our arrival, had hot water, television, wi-fi and a well-equipped kitchen to cook in. Its location is also fantastic - a great area, not too busy but with some nice bars and restaurants, and close to the metro. The Eiffel Tower is also walkable from the flat. We already want to go again!

Very nice flat in a perfect position! Everything advertised was true! Clean and quiet and the light noise of the underground doesn't disturb your sleep at all.

Das Studio war klasse! Es sieht in Echt noch besser aus, als auf den Fotos im Internet. Die Dusche hat jetzt auch eine Kabine und sie leuchtet im Dunkeln - alles sehr nett und wohnlich eingerichtet. Das einzige, was stören könnte, ist, dass man die U-Bahn ein bisschen hört - uns hat es aber gar nicht gestört. WiFi und super bequemes Bett waren ein großer Vorteil.
Alles ist in Reichweite (U-Bahn, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Supermarkt, Essen "Le Cosmos" war leeeeecker!) und wenn es wärmer ist, kann man schön draußen sitzen auf der Terrasse! Wir werden wieder kommen!

It's perfect for a few days and nights in Paris. Everything you needis in walking distance: supermarket, restaurants, shops (especially for shoes!) and the Eiffel Tower! And the rest of Paris you can reach via metro! Which you can actually hear (just a little bit) driving under the flat.

The studio is very cozy, with all you need for a short stay; within 15 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower!!! Metro Emile Zolá at 5 mins walk and 10mins from La Motte Picquet station, which was our favorite. On the sorroundings you have everything, from small local stores till big stores...We are looking foward on repeating the experience, walking by night back to the studio and watch the Eiffel tower light was so cool!! :-) :-)

Very nice studio flat in a great location - walking distance to the Eiffel tower and very close to the nearest Metro. The area also has some great bars and restaurants and all amenities.

The studio is well suitable for two persons. 2 mins to the Metro, some Brasseries and Cafes around that place.

Le studio est très bien situé à 10 minutes à pied de la tour eifel. Très propre et calme.

Ce studio calme et lumineux, également très fonctionnel, vous donnera également la chance de jouir d'une terrasser privative, ce qui est assez rare à Paris. Une opportunité à saisir ! Il est de plus aménagé avec goût, coquet et parfaitement situé pour sillonner le Paris touristique.
