About Julio and
We are 2 friends, Pedro and Julio, we met in a Masters of Anthropology here in Barcelona. Julio is a photographer and Pedro is working in his phd thesis in Anthropology. We love to meet new people and make new friends and we created this space for the community of 9flats members. We hope to offer a place where people can enjoy Barcelona, staying in the heart of this amazing city. We will provide everything needed for your confort, keeping the 9flats spirit: cheap accommodation in a family spirit apartment.

Great location! Right next to a supermarket, so very convenient! Very Easy access to all the cute tapas bars. El born is lovely. 20 minute walk to the beach too. Just be warned that the flat is on the fourth floor (but more like 8 floors), which are very narrow so be warned if you have more than hand luggage to carry (no lift). The flat is fine for a short stay, however you end up staying mainly in your room and using the kitchen/bathroom (the living area doesn't get used).

Die Unterkunft hatte eine super Lage. Das viertel in der sie ist, hat alles zu bieten an Bars und Restaurants, die auch preisleitungs-technisch super lecker und sehr modern waren. Auch der Weg zum Strand oder zur La Rambla ist nicht weit. Man kann entweder schnell mit dem Bus fahren oder ein paar Minuten laufen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind auch alle in Fußweite erreichbar. Auf jeden Fall für junge, unkomplizierte Leute weiterzuempfehlen.

Der Gastgeber war super lieb und sehr hilfsbereit. Es lief dank ihm alles reibungslos ab, von Buchung bis Abreise. Ein sehr lieber und toller Gastgeber :-)
