Hello and thank you for your interest in The Delaney Apartments! My name is Jo Harfield. I fully manage all my properties, including the administration, cleaning and laundry. I see every booking through from the beginning to the end so you can be sure there are no communication breakdowns resulting in differences between what you originally booked and what you end up getting. I don't charge extra for check-ins out of office hours, and if possible I allow early/late check-ins/outs at no extra cost. I will also always meet you at the property and show you round, answering any questions you may have at the time. Your holiday is my business, so please let me know if I can do anything to make your stay more enjoyable. I hope to welcome you to Brighton soon!
