Thanks to Ismail and Fazil for their nice and warm welcome! We had a great time! Top location! Especially the view from the rooftop-terrace was amazing, even though we had to share it;)...
Bed an shower were fantastic- from the kitchen you shouldn't expect too much, but there are a lot of nice restaurants just around the corner:).
Any time again.

Die Unterkunft liegt nur einen Steinwurf vom Galata-Turm entfernt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Das Beste ist die Dachterrasse: Von hier haben wir die Aussicht auf Istanbul bei Nacht genossen (mit einer Flasche Wein, die wir in einem Supermarkt gekauft haben, der sich gleich in der Nähe befindet).

The appartement ist perfectly situated, right next to the Galata tower and only a few minutes walk from the Istiklal road, the main street in istanbul for nightlife and shopping. The other historic sites of istanbul can also easily be reached by foot or Metro.
Besides the appartement has a rooftop with a great look over istanbul with the golden horn or the Süleymaniye mosque! A great place to sit and relax during sunset.

Everything was fine. Nice and clean accomodation. Very central and close to the popular taksim tower. If you want to be in the heart of istanbul i only can recommend this apartment.

İsmail ist zweifellos der beste Gastgeber aus ganz Istanbul, nicht nur, weil er uns als Willkommensgeschenk ein Essen in seinem kleinen Fisch-Restaurant spendiert hat. Total lecker, İsmail! Vor allem auch, weil ich am Tag der Abreise auf dem Weg zum Flughafen gemerkt habe, dass ich meinen Wohnungsschlüssel im Apartment vergessen habe. Mit Hilfe der ganzen Nachbarschaft - weil İsmail am anderen Ende der Stadt war - haben wir es geschafft, dass ich meinen Schlüssel rechtzeitig vor Abflug nach Berlin wieder in den Händen hielt. Mir standen die Tränen in den Augen. DANKE!

Very friendly and hospitable person, Absolutely unproblemtic and helpful contact.
Besides he runs a fish restaurant close to the appartement with really delicious meals!
