My only disappointed was there was no toaster or television. These things are usually standard items in Canada.

Grazyna's apartment is fantastic, in my opinion. Big..with a separate bedroom and proper bed, a sunny country-looking kitchen and a massive lounge room with dining table, armchairs and a lounge (sofa bed), plus a shower that could be wall-mounted as well as handheld (over bath)... it felt like I was at home.

Couple of steps to the foyer...then a lift...then another couple of steps. All manageable, even with a stupidly heavy suitcase.

Literally a two-minute stroll to the bus into town (following 3 key routes that will get you anywhere you want to go). The bus stop is on a major road, so coming home you need to cross the overpass, but unless you have mobility issues, it's easy.

Shopping centre and cinema a 5 minute stroll from the apartment, another small shop 2 min walk, and another supermarket 5 mins in other direction.

And Grazyna is so gracious and helpful...I can't wait to stay here again and highly recommend it.

Well connected to the city center apartment in a quiet and green area. The block is a pharmacy near the shopping center. Bedroom with a view of the sunrise. Cozy and a lift. Hassle free rental. I would recommend - arrive!

The place is great for a couple or a solo traveller. Ample facilities. The location isn't too central but it's handy to public transport.

Grazyna is as her name suggests...full of grace. On arrival she walked me to the nearest supermarket and helped me purchase things that I would never have managed on my own (slices of bacon and cheese from the deli, getting a chicken breast cut in half, sorting the maze of breads). It made my arrival, after 30 hours of flying, simple and stress free. When I couldn't figure out how to light the oven, she was a phone call away. Nothing was too much trouble and she has provided me with endless suggestions for places to visit and spent hours going over maps helping me figure out some plans.

Grazyna is exactly the host you want to meet when you're in an unfamiliar place, and especially when you can't yet speak the language. Her English is solid and that was a big help. I felt like I made a friend and was at home from the outset.
