Good things first. The place was very clean, and the building has a nice inner yard which we used to play badminton. The apartment is also close to a supermarket, which is very convenient. It is also easy to get to the center by tram - the stop is a few minutes away.

Now, things I didn't like so much. The apartment lacked basic things, that I expected there to be: washing liquid, salt, sugar... These are things that you don't wish to buy or shlep with you when renting an apartment. The kitchen is very small and has barely any surface to prepare food. In my opinion the dish washer is unnecessary, but a washing machine would be helpful.
The bed in bedroom wasn't very comfortable (but it is individual I guess) and the pillows were absolutely horrible!
It was impossible to aerate the apartment - there is no air conditioning, the weather was very hot and despite windows wide open it was hot and stuffy inside.

The apartment is fine, and well equiped but we were 4 and if you sleep on the sofa bed you can not darken the windows.
The park is free on the road, but often full.
There is a supermarket just around the corner and it's easy to reach all the main streets.

Die Lage ist recht gut, Straßenbahn M4 direkt vor der Haustür, die direkt zum Alex fährt. auch ein Bäckerei und ein kleines Shoppingcenter, fürs Frühstück einkaufen perfekt.
Was wir nicht so ganz toll fanden war die Dusche.Keine Duschtasse vorhanden, nur ein Loch im Boden welches das Wasser nur mit Verzögung aufgenommen hat. Dann hat man immer gleich das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser gesetzt.
Sauberkeit war nicht so top: Boden nicht wirklich sauber, Gläser & Besteck waren nicht sauber und mußten noch vor Benützung gewaschen werden, loser Pizzakäse im Herd ..und eine Tampon Verpackung im Abwasch muss auch nicht sein.
Kontrolle davor wäre nicht schlecht, auch wenn es sich eine Putzfirma darum kümmert. Kontakt und Schlüsselübergabe sonst sehr problemlos.
Wenn das mit der Sauberkeit ein wenig besser wäre eine Top Location, die sehr zu empfehlen wäre.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage Prenzlauer Berg in einem neueren Gebäudekomplex. Haltestelle und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Am besten das Auto in der Straße stehenlassen (gebührenfrei). Erwähnenswert ist vielleicht, daß die in der Beschreibung genannte Klimaanlage ein Ventilator ist und die Wohnung keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten hat. Wenn man wie wir mit Kindern unterwegs ist, wäre ein Fernseher auch ganz nett, wobein man die Möglichkeit hat per W-Lan über Notebook o. ä. fernzusehen. Ansonsten super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir würden wieder buchen !

The house is brand new and very very comfortable! Even if it is not located in the main Prenzlauerberg centre, it is quite easy to access to the public transportations.

The place was good and clean, it looks much bigger than in the picture. It is more specious in reality than I thought, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The area was fine, quiet with everything u needed: shops, supermarket and metro tram to go to city center. But I think there should be a vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, ironing equipment and toaster. You get plenty of sunshine after noon. However we had to fix some furniture as they fall apart sometimes and majority of them were from IKEA. I would recommend the apartment and will come back again. for the price we paid it was a good deal.

Eine sehr hochwertige und stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in wunderschöne Lage. Man ist direkt an der Greifswalder Straße und somit auch sehr schnell im Zentrum. In der Umgebung der Wohnung finden sich kleine Cafés oder Restaurants, aber auch Geschäfte für die Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und ruhig und lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Der Tag kann hier bei einem schönen Kaffee oder Tee wunderbar beginnen.
