Residenza Barsanti is as described and showed at the photos. With all facilities someone may need, everything was working perfect. The location at first glance, doesn't seem ideal, but after you get used to it, you find out that it's quite close to the lively piazza of San Cosimato(4 stops with the tram) and few more stops to get to the centre (Piazza Venezia). Neighborhood and building are not as nice as the ones in the centre of Trastevere, but as said, quite close to everything (train, buses, supermarkets, shops etc) The only thing I would definitely recommend, is a change in the decoration of the flat :-)) everything else was great.

We really enjoyed the place. Great to have so much space. It was easy to get to, central area with good neighbours. A place to feel at home when away. Enjoyed coming back to the Residenza after a busy day strolling Rome.

The apartment had plenty of space for two people and was very comfortable. Located centrally enough to get to all the sights easily without being so close that the sounds of the city are too audible. Wifi was very useful as well as a well equipped kitchen for self catering. Very pleasant stay.

The house and building are old, but really well preserved. And totally clean - spotless! It has everything - dishwasher, laundry machine, iron, toaster, microwave, ... You name it, this place have it! Even 2 umbrellas!
The ONLY 2 negative points, are the bed (really hard), and the TV channels (about 200 arab channels, but almost no italian or west channels like CNN, eurosport, bbc, etc).

Great location, near Trastevere Rail / Bus / Tram station.

We RECOMMEND this house to everyone!
