About Deirdre
We are two Australians who have lived in Hakuba for four years. Previously, Ross was a mechanic and I was a journalist, both are very helpful skills in running a B&B! I used to write a lot of travel stories and have been to around 47 countries, although I always forget one or two when I count. Lots of our guests end up like friends, so far we have hosted people from Russia, France, the USA, Iran, Israel, Singapore and Hong Kong as well as Australians and one or two Japanese.
