Das besondere an dieser Unterkunft ist die unbeschreibliche Lage über den Dächern von Los Angeles. Schon wenn man aufsteht und die Sonne aufgeht hat man aus dem Schlafzimmer eine absolut tolle Aussicht auf die Stadt. Wir waren leider nur für eine Woche in diesem Apartment, aber unser nächster Trip in diese mega City kommt auf jeden Fall und warum neue Unterkünfte ausprobieren wenn man weiß was man hier hat und bekommt. Zu den Räumlichkeiten: Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem sehr bequemen, weichen Bett mit ausreichend Platz für zwei ausgestattet. Stauraum für Klamotten ist auch vorhanden und für die,die einen 40" Fernseher brauchen,ist auch der vorhanden. Einzigster Minusstrich ist, dass das Bad mit Toilette im Flur gebaut wurde. Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Parkplatzsituation vorm Haus ist auch sehr umkämpt, aber David&Phil hatten immer einen für uns auf ihrem Grundstück freigelassen.
Alles in Allem, absolut empfehlenswert!!!!

This place is amazing! The room is very clean and comfortable. You can walk to Hollywood Blvd in 5 minutes which is an awesome thing and you can also reach the Universal Studios very fast by train. There's a basket full of breakfast basics and our hosts put together a folder with maps and directions and a TAP card for the subway. The neighbors are also very friendly and helpful. We felt very secure here. We definiteley recommend this place!

Just the perfect place :-) we felt so comfortable and at home. It is so convenient. You can walk to Hollywood Blvd in 5 min, which i liked a lot, because sometimes it just feels so nice to not have to take the car to get somewhere.
The room and the bathroom are really pretty and i slept really good!
David and Philippe are very nice and they take care of you very well.
We really enjoyed staying here, it was the perfect choice. Miss it already:-) -

David & Philippe have created a lovely private semi apartment. There was a breakfast basket and some drinks provided and even little decorations and paintings. It was clean, comfortable and was the perfect home away from home. The place is very close to Hollywood Bvld and is easy to navigate your way around from.

David und Philip ist ein absolut gastfreundliches Paar. Sie konnten uns nicht nur Insider Tipps für besonders gute Locations in der Stadt geben, sondern waren für alles was man brauchte ansprechbar.
Die Nachbarschaft ist auch absolut freundlich.
Doch wer meint die Hollywood Hills protzen vor Luxus, der irrt. Die Gegend ist sehr normal aber eine unbeschreibliche Aussicht und Anbindung zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Daher logistisch gesehen ein Muss für Touristen.

David & Philippe were amazing. They both were very friendly and welcoming, made me feel comfortable and were very kind to take me on a mini tour to see the Hollywood sign. I certainly will be keeping their place on my list to stay for next time I'm in LA. (thank you both so very much for everything)
