Valentina 3.0 20/05/2013The apartment has no other windows except the ones in the living room. It was sufficiently equipped, even if some lights were not working and the lining was too small for the mattress. The position is very good.

This beautiful apartment is placed just some metres away from Plaza Mayor, in the heart of the historical quarter of Madrid. You will be able to go walking to most of the highlights of the city, like Puerta del Sol or La latina, the best place in Madrid to take tapas. Don't miss it!!!

This lovely apartment is located in a classical cuarter of Madrid, Tetuan. There you can feel how is the life of the city. Your have everything you need next to it, even a typical spanish market where you can find the season products. And don't forget it is really close to Chamartin Train Station and it is directly conected with the airport and just 10 minutes from the center.

We stayed 5 nights in Elisa's flat and really enjoyed it. It was a nice size, with two fairly large bedrooms. The kitchen didn't have an oven but we didn't really miss that since there were tons of bars and restaurants all around to eat at. The wifi worked great and the heat on in the building made it nice and cosy. The beds were a bit hard, but otherwise we were very happy. On the same street there's a great butcher and fruit/veg shop, a bakery, and a small convenience store to buy basics. Several metro stops were close by. One was on the same line as the train station, so easy to get there.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist TOP. Chueca ist ein lebendiges Viertel (Shops, Bars, etc).
Das Apartment ist von der Preis-Leistung prima. Jedoch sollten in der nächsten Zeit ein paar Dinge ausgebessert werden (Fliesen in der Küche, Beleuchtung, etc). -

Schöne Wohnung!
Anders als auf den Bildern. Haben dort wohl 2 Wohnungen im Haus.
Diese:
Nur 1 richtiges Doppelbett und nur 1 Bad.
Sofa als zweites Doppelbett.
Einzelbett (Reisebett) hat sich beim Drehen zusammengeklappt,
daher haben wir es nicht benutzt.ABER:
Sauber, wirklich gemütlich, sehr gute Lage (Haben uns auch Freunde aus Madrid gesagt!!) und ich würde wieder hinfahren! Die Wohnung ist größer als die auf den Bildern. -

Este apartamento no está ni sisquiera a dos minutos a pié desde la estación Lavapies. El apartamento es muy limpio, sencillo y bien amueblado.

I talked with Elisa only by phone and she was very kind. However the lady that came to the apartment spoke only Spanish and gave us a wrong information about the baggage deposit in the nearby station, so that we had to spend 2 hours more than planned to find the right one. They ask for the credit card number as a deposit for the aprtment, even if this was not mentioned at the time of reservation.

This nice woman will help you with everything you need. She has prepared the apartment to make you feel like you are at home and in case you need anything more you can always get in contact with her.

Unkompliziert und auch gut per Telefon erreichbar.
Lediglich die ursprüngliche Übergabe musste zeitlich verschoben werden. -

Por desgracia no he podido conocer a Elisa personalmente. Me encontré con su sustituta Alba. Alba es muy agradable. Amable y cortés me llevó de un apartamento a otro apartamento.

Me cambióla reserva del apartamento por otro distinto unilateralmente. Por otor lado, trato correcto
