Abel 4.0 17/08/2014Muy satisfecho con todo el proceso del alquiler y el trato con el Anfitrión. Tuvimos una incidencia con la reserva previa del Parking que quedó solventanda perfectamente tanto por Thatsitaly como por 9flats.

The toilet had no lid.
Three light bulbs were broken.
The majority of hooks in the bath came out of the wall.
One bed was broken in the middle.
The microwave turn table was missing.
One chair was broken.
There are no wine glasses.
There is no corkscrew. -

El apartamento está muy bien, pero le falta que esté mejor equipado: no había trapos de cocina, la vajilla era escasa, y el secador no funcionaba, entre otras cosas.
Por otro lado, nos dejamos olvidada una pulsera de oro blanco con anillas circulares intercaladas. Me pueden decir cómo podemos recuperarla? Gracias

Close to the train station and easy walking distance to the Duomo. However, the level of cleanliness was low. The amenities were old and not well-maintained. Stains on the furniture and floors. Poor value for money.

les + : tres bon emplacement , décoration soignée, grands volumes
les - : détails agaçants : patères qui se décrochent dans la salle de bains, manque de couvertures, manque de vaisselle, pas de lave vaisseille, pas de produit vaisselle, peu de pression dans la douche ...
et surtout TRES MAUVAISE ISOLATION PHONIQUE et RUE TRES BRUYANTENB : j'ai attrapé punaises de lit ! à traiter urgemment

C'était finalement la Suite 6, surclassement après difficultés de disponibilité.
Confortable, équipement à améliorer (appartement pas prévu au départ) -

Alloggiare nella Romantic Suite 26 permette di visitare la meravigliosa Firenze,godendo anche di una breve passeggiata verso il centro.E' dotata di tutti gli utensili per cucinare ,lavatrice , ferro ed asse da stiro. Letto molto comodo.

El apartamento Classic Suite 30 es genial. Hemos pasado una gran estancia en Florencia. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, está cerca de todos los puntos más importantes de Florencia y está muy bien comunicado. Además muy bien mantenido, muy limpio, y bien de accesorios. Para nosotros ha sido un acierto.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Florence. The apartment was within walking distance from the train station and all major tourist attractions. As soon as we got off the train we phoned Davide and he met us at the apartment for an early check in. He was very pleasant and even helped carry our luggage. Our two children, ages seven and eleven loved climbing the spiral staircases and sleeping in their own loft area! Very clean and spacious. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Florence!

Nos atendió Mario, una persona muy amable que nos mostró el piso y nos dió algunas indicaciones para ubicarnos en Florencia. Totalmente recomendable por su seriedad y trato.
Contesto rápidamente a todas nuestras dudas previas al viaje por correo.
Nos ubicaron en un apartamento mayor por el mismo precio ya que tenían disponibilidad, muy cerca del anterior. -

Nuestra anfitriona se desentendió nada más darnos las llaves. Le llamamos varias veces porque el secador no funcionaba y no nos cogió el teléfono en ningún momento.

Horrible communication leading up to our arrival in Florence. The phone number we were given was incorrect and emails I sent were never responded to. However, 9flats was able to put us in contact with someone affiliated with the apartment (not Simona) who then was very helpful and pleasant.

Unfortunately the concact was poor, the whole organization chaotic and not reliable.
I wrote about 5 Mails and text messages one week before the arrival since I haven't heard anything about the owner/agency-staff to clear the arrival details - and didn't get an answer.
After contacting someone of the same agency (thatsitaly.it) in Rome, i finally got an email - on the arrival day!! a woman called me several times. Although I told her my arrival time more than once, she wasn't there, but three women, who started cleaning the apartment when we already arrived, but we couldn't get in. So we had to wait on the very noisy street for about 30 minutes. After all, the woman from the agency was very stressed and not informed that I had already payed the whole rate. -

tres bon contact au téléphone mais démarrage catastrophique : changements de logement, absence d'une semaine au téléphone avant l'arrivée, j'ai du appeler 3 personnes différentes sur le chemin, pas d'indications claires sur arrivée, parking, etc etc

Con Davide c'è stata un'ottima comunicazione da subito. E' la tipologia di gestore che è sempre un piacere incontrare:educato e premuroso.
Tornerò presto a Firenze e sono sicura che mi accoglierà con l'asciuga capelli pronto all'uso ! ;) -

Davide was very pleasant young man. He met my family and I at the apartment immediately after we stepped off the train for an early check in. He was quick to help carry our bags and acclimate us to the apartment and major tourist attractons. Very gracious host. Easy online communication and responded promptly to emails. I highly recommend Davide as a host in Florence.
