Our host Arzu was really friendly and helped us with everything. However, there are different rooms in this flat and you may meet students or people - and you have to share your kitchen, bathroom with toilet with them. We made friends with them quickly, but if you prefer more privacy this offer isn't for you.
Our room was as described, living in it was quite comfortable. It was clean and the bed was very flexible and comfortable.
We missed a table in the kitchen; adding one might be useful for a common breakfast.

Pros:
- 5 minutes to Blackhorse Road tube station (zone 3) -> very good
- VERY convinient.
- friendly host
- WLAN, nice bed, host offers some cereals
- washing machine, towels (thanks again)
- locking our room was possible

CON:
- noisy, the flat was located on a busy street
- the water was cold sometimes, but our host had fixed it.
(- missing table in the kitchen)

All in all - if you are visiting london, we recommend it. Thank you :)

gut zu erreichen - war richtig in Ordnung für das Geld
