We (my wife and I) let ourselves be driven by the unique emotions that rise inside us from this places, born from a serious love affair with our city, mainly with this two neighborhoods of the center. We know however that we are not the only ones. Regarding to us, they can tell a great part of our own history almost by themselves, the river, the gardens, the streets and cafés, the corners, the belvederes; dreams, loves, rendezvous, sincere quests, or simply as source of inspiration. The "Heart-Wish Apartment" Bairro Alto ("High Neighbohood"), elevated above Lisbon, belongs to her and breeds the same eternal time of the stones of the cities, yet it doesn't´, it is from other time, it is from the present, concerned with living and creating each single hour, afresh. As if that Lisbon of the great rush of the Portuguese past discoveries, refused to doss itself over the ancient statues and needed to proceed unveiling new paths, or inventing others ones. The pulse of this Lisbon feels here. Perhaps for that reason or maybe others that only the heart can acknowledge, it continues to attract musicians, poets, painters, designers, fashion tailors, the most famous chefs, and so many tourists worldwide, to stay. And still, us. The "Feels Apartment" Feels apartment is our dearest place of all, the place we plan to move soon for living. Besides all the privileges of the center, with the river at less than a 10 min. walk, words charged with feelings come instantaneously to our minds, freely associated while pronouncing it: endless walks in the park; dreaming with the future; deep talks; dating; playing football with the kids, jogging; imagining the old caravels on the river and the royal king having a picnic with his friends; jazz; losing the notion of time; sunbathing; dining at small typical restaurants with locals; deep breathing; never wanting to leave; regret missing the simple, dawns; starting again... This two apartments completely renovated, in collaboration with a talented architect, were designed in detail and in full with our "inner side", with the aim to transmit our own experience of this single places, giving them to know, thus enriching the personal dialogue you will establish with the city of Lisbon when you came, so that in the end what you'll bring home, be as far as possible from the Lisbon of the guides and the maps, and be above all, your own Lisbon.
