everything was fine. all the things criticized before were adjusted.
there was enough space in the fridge and in the bathroom.
total privacy for the whole stay. it was very clean and smelled fresh.

Rosa was a great host, and the room was very clean, double bed, with balcony ! Plaça de Sants is a strategic location with Metro L5 to Sagrada Familia, Metro L1 to Marina if you want to go to the beach, Bus D20 if you want to go North West to Camp Nou Barcelona FC Stadium, etc. Great location ! Lots of caffes and restaurants everywhere you turn. Thanks for great hospitality !

Kleiner Balkon mit Wäscheleine :-) im Zimmer

The bedroom was clean and it has a balcony.

The bathroom was very small and the shower cabin door does not close properly as it has a defect. The space where the handbasin is narrow. And it is full of things that belongs to the host and maybe others. I could not find space to put my toothpaste and shaver.

The kitchen was small and the fridge was overwhelmed of food belonging to the host. No space given to the guests. The cupboards where the place and pots are located were overcrowded of items. When I wanted to get a plate then other things fell down as the cupboard is so overfilled with things. Generally the kitchen was not cleaned enough as often the host and family members/friends had been there to eat lunch/dinner and they had left dirty dishes around. There was not even a kitchen towel or paper towel to wipe ones hand on.

The fridge was an insult to any guest. It was so full of foods in big amounts belonging to the host. It was just awful to see such thing.

Rosa, is a very nice person. They made everything to make my stayiing in Barcelona very good. You can use the kitchen, the bathroom is very nice and the comodation are good.
About the subway, they are very good connect.

Sans is a great neighborought, expecialy during the Festa.

- Wanted 300 euro deposit (neither mentioned in description nor in booking confirmation).
- The shower was clogged and not fixed during our 4-day stay.
- She don't speak English, so It's really hard to communicate and solve problems if you can't speak Spanish.
- Lack of kettle.

A cozy & absolut clean appartment ! It is very close to the next metro station.

Perfect location for exploring the city, and the apartment is clean, spacious, light and the bedroom is exactly what I needed for my 3 day visit.

Sehr nah an der Metrohaltestelle santa placa. Halbe stunde mit dem bus zum strand. Sehr schön eingerichtet!

Es war toll, dass die Unterkunft gleich in der Nähe der Metro war. Es war auch sauber, ordentlich und man hat sich in diesem Stadtviertel wohlgefühlt. Es war auch möglich mit dem Nachtbus vom und zum Flughafen zu kommen.

If you planning trip to Barcelona, this is really great place where you can sleep. Absolute cleanliness in all flat, privacy in your room, perfect wifi, tv, hot water, kitchen for your need and adorable balcony. It's near to metro station (just about 5 minutes). Welcoming place to which you want to return. We recommending it 100%!

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, keine 10 Gehminuten vom Banhof Sants entfernt - also schnelle Verbindung zum Flughafen. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend geräumig, zur Straße gelegen bekommt man aber ein bisschen Verkehrslärm mit, da in Barcelona eigentlich in jeder Straße die Mopeds und Autos fahren. Fußläufig findet man auch Bars, Internet-Cafes oder kleiner Kioske. Das Bad ist klein, aber ebenfalls super sauber. Die Küche darf mitbenutzt werden. Das Internet rennt.

Beautiful flat and friendly service!

I really liked my stay at Rosas room. Rosa is a very considerate person and helped me out in situations dificult to cope with being a foreigner.I liked the "barrio" of Sants very much.No nightmare of mass turism. Quite interesting architecture of old houses. Vivid atmosphere.Efective public transport system.

Appartement et chambre très propres, dans une petite rue très agréable.
Proche du métro, on accède très rapidement au centre ville.

L'appartamento e situato nelle vicinanze di una fermata del metrò, per cui in un attimo raggiungere qualsiasi parte della città.

The district is nice. The room is normal, good for my purpose.
