Central Europe Apartments 2.0 10.01.2015We don't recommend this guest because he complained about everything. Guest was expecting an apartment similar to a 4 star hotel, but our apartment has not such classification neither it's advertised as so. It's clear that the guest missed out the ad description. Because of his exagerated claims, 9flats deducted 20% of the reservation in our payout. Very domocratic, indeed!
