Über Michael & Carolin
Wir sind eine junge Familie und verbringen demnächste einige Monate in Neuseeland. Während unserer Abwesenheit vermieten wir unsere schöne Altbau-Wohnung in toller Berliner Lage. We are a young family and will spend a few months in New Zealand. During our absence we will rent our beautiful stucco-apartment in a top location in Berlin.

Elias 5.0 20.09.2013Very important: the hosts do not want to rent out this wonderful place on a daily basis, but rent it out for more than 3 months. Maximum is 7 months, but the longer the better. So please do not ask for just short term stays. But if you are planning to stay from now on until next spring 2014, it would be the perfect time and your place to be :-)
This flat is really nice and pretty. Its nice located, not too central, but close to a park and in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are bright, big rooms, and well furnitured. The balcony is so cute and beautiful to sit on.
Take your chance in this gorgeous place.
