Über Lynn
I am originally from Boston, Massachusetts. I have lived in New York City since 2001. I am artistic, spiritual and a bit 'quirky'. My interests are quite varied: foreign film/travel/language (hablo espagnol, un peu de francais, un po di piu italiano, et sukoshi nihongo), birds, gardening, modern art, salsa dancing, good food, etc.

Lynn's has an excellent place in a recently built building with a great roof terrace and a beautiful view over Manhattan. I can recommend Lynn's place to everyone. All in all: great room, 10 minutes walk to subway, safe neighborhood and clean building.

New building, perfect location. Very clean apartment with very nice kitchen. Btw, there is a gym downstairs and amazing roof where you can enjoy your beer or cocktails with beautiful scenery of NYC Skyline. Simply fantastic place, go for it.

Lynn's apartment was perfect, very clean and quite. View from the window and roof spectacular! I also liked the neighborhood, close to the subway and very safe.

This accommodation was the perfect choice. Very nice neighborhood with everything you need (restaurants, shops, etc.). With the Metro and the bus you can get to Manhattan very easily.
I would come back every time. -

The apartment is lovely and clean and very comfortable. The views are spectacular, especially at night time. The neighbourhood I found to be quite pleasent and easy to navigate.

Lynn was a loving hostess,
She helped us with the subwayticket, gave us tipps where you can go out and have wonderful meals. Breakfast was top! -

Lynn is a great host and has a broad knowledge of New York. She is willing to share her knowledge about the city and happy to direct you to great places that only real New Yorkers know.

Lynn is a perfect host. She has everything prepared: all necessary info about city and its places, and actually much much more than I could digest during my 1 week stay. Very considerate, open-minded and easy going person. Always helpful, whatever pops-up. It was great experience. I would definitely recommend her as a host.

Lynn is a hidden gemm of New York! She was a fantastic host, very friendly, helpful, easy to talk to. Her almond milk is a legend :-)!

Lynn was very helpful and caring and respectful of privat space at same time. Loved her breakfast with home made almond milk! She provided great information and maps. Breathtaking view over Manhattan, clean, felt safe. If you don't mind cats and sleeping in living room - which i didn't at all - this is a great place to stay. I loved it.

Lynn was a pleasure to meet and was ever so welcoming. She provided very much needed guidance on how to navigate the subway here in New York and I got the hang of it quite quickly. She was always approachable and easy to talk to, and always respectful if I needed privacy. I would certainly reccomend staying here.
