Dan 2.0 02.07.2013Arrived at 14h rather then 12h which was agreed. Left there luggage on departure till 16h in my room without first asking if I agree with that. Just informed me they will come to pick up later. As a reward for this extra free service they gave a remark in there review about my toilet which was clean. So if you take these guests, be prepared to receive some negative review, not matter the quality of your place.
