Scott 5.0 01.07.2013From termini it is about 15-20 minutes and the location of the flat is very close to the metro and an easy distance to the center and touristic sites. The location provides an authentic feel and safe neighborhood with an excellent non-touristy pizzeria (sforno) a grocery and everything else one might need within a few blocks. We grocery shopped and were allowed use of the fridge and hence were able to prepare nightly salads which we enjoyed eating late on the over-sized beautiful terrace adjoining the bedroom! The bed is very comfortable and bedroom allows plenty of space. Bathroom is shared with another couple in the flat and was never a problem. Our hosts were very respectful, quiet and informative of any questions. Thank you so much!!

eine schöne schnucklige - wie luca sagte - typisch römische wohnung. wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. das bad und die küche zeigen die spuren vom warm-schwülen klima; aber strom und warm-wasser funktionierte. die show ist die große hochparterre-terrasse: riesig! mit der metro waren wir in gut 20 minuten bei den sehenswürdigkeiten. für uns blieben keine wünsche übrig!

The apartment was pretty good, the host was excellent, the shared bathroom was slightly run down but no complaints, there was hot water, and everything was functioning.. We were allowed to use the kitchen, the washing machine and every facility available which was fantastic!

Luca and Annalisa were very communicative prior to arrival. Luca met us at the metro stop as we coordinated arrival by SMS. They have flatmates (another couple) who are easygoing. Luca was very helpful answering our questions upon arrival and provided us with keys to the flat. Highly suggest this flat!

luca haben wir am ersten abend - als wir müde um ca. 22:30 uhr in rom ankamen - als sehr freundlichen, entgegenkommenden und unkomplizierten gastgeber kennen gelernt. er hat uns mit einem willkommens-essen begrüßt! trotz verständigungsproblemen - luca spricht gut italienisch, wir gut deutsch - beide seiten radebrechend englisch - amüsierten wir uns und erhielten einige tipps für rom.

We didnt get to meet Annalisa but we met Luca, and he was the sweetest host ive ever had! Super helpful amd friendly! On our arrival he offered us a home cooked italian dinner, he even came down to welcome us and helped us carry our bags up. He was pleasure to be around!
