Alles sehr sauber. Nähe zum Strand und zur Metro optimal. Geschäfte zum Einkauf für den täglichen Gebrauch reichlich in näher Umgebung vorhanden. Leider kein Aufzug ins 3te OG. Ruhig Lage und die Ausstattung sehr gut.

A good tip is worth gold...as the cozy apartment in the Poblenou area. Unfortunately, the apartment is a bit dark and not very bright. But in the summer this is an advantage, because there will be no strong heats the apartment. Otherwise the apartment is furnished with everything you need. All practical and functional. If there would be something to complain about, there is missing a tv in the bedroom. The area is perfect to get away to Barcelona. Two metro stations are in close proximity to the L4 and bring you fast (about 10-15 Minutes), good and cheap (10 rides cost just under 11 euros) to the center. A car is only a hindrance here. However, it may not always must be the center. Instead Poblenou is a great place which it is best explored on foot its streets, the "neighborly" life, its restaurants and shops...we would return...
