Zimmergröße ist in Ordnung, nur bei uns etwas zu voll mit privaten Gegenständen der Gastgeber. Bilder sind nicht mehr aktuell und sollten angepasst werden, da das Nachbargebäude mitlerweile fertiggestellt ist und das doch Auswirkungen hat.

The bathroom wasn't clean. There was dust in the bathroom.
The room did'nt have on TV. It cam lots of cold and wind from the window. In the kitchen there were no pan and almost no material to cook.
It was a "ghost" house.

Very convenient location, as the express train stops at the nearby metro station (3 mins walk), grocery stores are just a few hundred metres away. The central park is just 6 blocks to the south, which is a short walk (about 8-10 mins). The shared bathroom is directly next to the room, the room itself provides enough space and the bed is really comfortable. Staying here is more like living in a shared apartment without much seeing anybody else. If you are looking for a place to "stay WITH someone", this won't suit you. On the other hand, if you prefer being independent or on your own respectively, this is your place. I was very content here and would stay here again.

Great location, room was okay, but a bit dark. Building site next door not so great. In less than 15 minutes on 2 or3 train to Times Square, perfect!

Manhattan XLarge Doulbe Room By Centr Park

The room was nice and clean. In the morning it was quite noisy because of building-works next to the house. Subway and buses were only 3 minutes walk away. Free WIFI worked without problems. It was a good choice to rent this room for our stay in New York.

The room is really nice, big and tidy and the matress was really good, we slept so well! The only problem we had was with the noise during the morning due to building-works on the other side of the street but we didn't care and we got it as a free alarm to take advantage and go out to discover NYC :)

Chambre agréable mais impossible de cuisiner à cause de l'alarme incendie qui se déclenche à la moindre fumée !! Pas de fer à repasser disponible non plus. Produits ménagers sous clés !! Rien n'est vraiment fait pour faciliter le quotidien du locataire. Aucun prix alors que j'y suis resté 2 mois !!

Everything was fine. We had enough space, the shared kitchen and bathroom were clean and in a great condition. Free Wi-Fi was also very important to us. The subway station is only some minutes away.

Very close to different Subway stations. All interesting places are very comfortable rechable. Free WiFi.

Schönes und sehr sauberes Zimmer in ruhiger Lage im Süden von Harlem, voll ausgestattete Küche, gemeinsam genutztes Bad. Kurze Wege zur Subway nach Downtown.

The apartment is very well located, well-equipped and clean. Better than any hotel!

Logement très propre très bien situé ( à moins de 5 min du metro) il y a aussi beaucoups de commerces et restaurants.
Nous sommes très heureuse d'avoir séjournée dans ce logement pour plusieurs raisons ( le prix, l'emplacement et surtout les hotes)
