Everything we needed was directly in our surrounding. Metro, restaurants, bars, party at macarena and the pakis where perfectly to reach, because of the flat is really located very central.
The well designed flat, which is a combination of two floors, has on it's top a really huge roof terrace. Absolutly our favourite!

The flat of Joan was like an oasis in the heart of Barcelona! Beautiful designed and a great terrace. Wie loved to stay here and enjoyed it every day! In this house you're in the beautiful old town and it takes 3 minutes to the sea. I would everyone recommend to stay in Joan's flat if you would like to visit Barcelona

a very quiet and beautifil place. We love the terrace with the view great viwe. It is very central. Very good bed! great coffee!

Jaon was a fabulous host and provided us with a truly memorable holiday experience (friends, paella and wine on his rooftop terrace) perfect!

Joan is really a nice person, and we enjoyed a lot to stay at his house, making paella with him and his friends and having party with all of them. Thanks a lot!!!

Joan was such a great and very friendly host - unbelievable. I enjoyed to stay with him on his terrace to have interesting conversations with him. And he loves his city and likes to share his knowledge with his guests. I met a very interesting person and felt like I talked to a friend instead of a host. I would be pleased to meet Joan again in this beautiful town!
