Han 5.0 31.12.2012Heike is my first guest in 9flats. She quickly booked my Bkk condo and I accepted it, but I made a mistake, I double booked it and quickly I gave her an alternative. She is very kind and agreed to my proposal. I did not meet her in Bkk, I had a pleasure of hosting Heike for their short stay in Bangkok. Heike was very nice, our communication was effective and we couldn't be happier with the experience. I would recommend her as a guest to any 9flats hosts. Cheers.
