Über gabriel
Ho 28 anni, sono laureato in Economia e Commercio e ho un forte interesse per la politica. Amo tantissimo viaggiare e dato che mio padre ha due attività commerciali nel centro di Roma sono sempre a contatto con i turisti, questo mi permette di mettere in pratica la mia conoscenza delle lingue straniere.

Not enough kitchen facilities - no kettle, only one pot for cooking food (but there was 3 frying pans). Hot water didn't always work; landlord told us internet 'was not working' when we arrived. The main bed was too soft - sunk in the middle. The other room was more comfortable (couch bed). There was plenty of spare bed linen. It is a fantastic area to stay, lots of great restaurants around.

The place was fine (in the heart of trastevere), quite noisy due to the pubs in the same street but quite close to the center (15min walking)
Wifi didn't work properly (only few minutes when we arrived and then nothing...)
The window in the bedroom doesn't shut, tv doesn't work.... -

Die Wohnung war Top. Die Lage genial in Fußnähe zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. In der Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele tolle Restaurants, Bars und Cafés. Und das alles zu vernünftigen Preisen.

L'appartamento si trova in una zona molto centrale di Roma, in uno dei suoi quartieri più caratteristici, Trastevere.
Il palazzo è del 1500 e si trova in una via davvero carina.
L'appartamento offre due stanze: una matrimoniale e una singola.
Sono arredate entrambe con raffinatezza e stile. Lo spazio cucina è ampio e completo di ogni accessorio.
Il bagno non è molto grande, ha la cabina doccia, non molto nuovo ma il proprietario ha intenzione di rinnovarlo.
Molto luminoso, spazioso.
E' l'ideale per chi vuole vivere la vita del quartiere, con tutti i suoi ristoranti e locali tipici. Ben collegato con mezzi pubblici e potrete raggiungere quanto di bello offre la Capitale.

One hour before our arrival to the apartment, we received a phone message from a Gabriel's Partner, telling us that they had a problem with the apartment "La perla di trastevere" in via dei Fienaroli, and they booked for us a new apartment in another area (of course not in the Trastevere area). We had to look for the new address, far away from the centre.
Our host Gabriel didn't help us and didn't be in contact with us to explain what happens. -

Didn't bother us at all. But he did promise to bring us a kettle on the 2nd day, and never did bring it.

I've booked another flat 2 weeks before our arrival. I received immediately a confirmation by the host that everything was ok. I sent him an email to confirm the key and place delivery...no answer. I so called him 2 days before our arrival, didn't want to talk and sent me back to his assistant and she confirmed my booking but that there was a problem due to overbooking (she told me she only received my booking the same day...) but she already arranged another flat (the one we were hosted). I was so disappointed I asked her for picture of that flat she told me it was more expensive with no extra cost but when I checked it was cheaper!!
We didn't have any reduced cost, we had to pay the tax journey (2€/pax/day). They taxed the cleaning fees twice! VERU BAD HOST BEHAVIOUR !!!
The flat we originally booked was THE PEARL OF TRASTEVERE 3 !!!! -

Gabriel war super nett und wir hätten ihn jederzeit anrufen können. Er gab uns super Restaurant Tips und sogar noch eine Führung durch das Viertel. Jederzeit wieder gerne!!!

Gabriel è socievole e disponibile, molto attento alla cura del suo appartamento.
Sicuramente vi fornirà tutte le informazioni di cui avrete bisogno per il vostro soggiorno romano.
