Über Florian
Hi I´m Flo Braun. Since the year 2000 I live and work as a designer in Berlin, mostly in Kreuzberg and Neukölln. I do know a lot of interesting spots to recommend in Berlin, but even for me there is still so much to explore in this fabulous city. If I´m not in Berlin I travel a lot. My favorite countries are Thailand, Indonesia, Marocco, Cuba, Italy and Spain. Most of my trips got me to Spain. My favorite cities around the world are Bangkok, Istanbul, Madrid, Sevilla, Barcelona and Essouira. I let my apartment since beginning 2011. In designing a pure and decent Berlin styled apartment my goal was to give a taste of my creativity without taking to much space. If you are my guest you will see that I am an straightforward and helpful host. Thomas 5.0 09.04.2015Die Wohnung ist bis ins Detail originell und durchdacht eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer ist nachts sehr ruhig und das Wohnzimmer sehr gross und gemütlich. Absolut empfehlenswert und gerne wieder!

Un logement très agréable aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. On aimerait en profiter doublement mais les rues de Berlin sont tout aussi attirantes. L'emplacement est idéal, quartier très vivant (mais cela n'empêche pas de dormir), tout est à proximité. Ce fut un réel plaisir.

The apartment is very spacious, with fine wooden floors,
very interesting but also calming artwork and decoration.
From the 5th floor balcony there was a happy buzz of well-behaved
local residents at local cafes in the evenings, yet it was calm and quiet within. The 88 steps up to the apartment made for good daily exercise. Proximity to Hermannplatz U-bahn and lots of local shops
and cafes makes this a fine location. I recommend this apartment, warmly.Davud

Designapartment mit einem tollen Flair. Absolut erwähnenswert ist das extrem ruhige Schlafzimmer. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Im absoluten In-Viertel Kreuzkölln. Alles was man benötigt direkt vor der Tür. Maybach- und Paul Lincke Ufer in unmittelbarer Nähe..... Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, wenn man Berlin über den Tellerrand erkunden möchte. Obwohl die Wohnung direkt am Reuterplatz liegt, ist sie sehr ruhig - man kann dort gut nach einem anstrengenden Tag entschleunigen.

Witzige Wohnung in witzigem Stadtteil. Mitten im bunten Berlin. Altbau mit Liebe modern hergerichtet. Erstaunliche ruhiges Schlafzimmer. Schönstes Vogelgezwitscher. Gutes i-Netz. Nahverkehrlich problemlos angebunden. Ideal für alle, die mal eintauchen wollen in ein Stück "echtes" Berlin.

I came for just one night and was truly happy having chosen the Weser208 as an accommodation. After running around Berlin for hours, it's like "coming home". It's got all you need to make yourself feel comfortable. Would have loved to stay longer..

Great place!!! Super close to U-Bahn and bars, restaurants and shops in the Kreuzkoelln Kiez!
The bed was very comfy and we did also love the nice and spacious shower! We would definitely come back. -

Beautiful designer pad with a hint of exclusivity, simply because it is very unique done up and will make you feel very welcome and at home, to the point that you might not want to leave. Comes with an XXL Shower and a balcony overlooking the colorful happenings on the street. The apartment was excellent. Really nice interior, very comfortable to lounge around in and the pizza place right next door is perfect for very good, inexpensive fast food. The location was very good, lots of little cafes and bars in the area and its easy to find something to do and somewhere to go at night. The big clubs are all a very short taxi journey away and the u-bahn is about a 5 minute walk.
If I was going to berlin again I would definitely stay here again! This apartment has everything! -

I've lived in Berlin before, and this flat couldn't be better located. Also it's tastefully designed and very comfortable. Hope to have an opportunity to stay there again and would definitely recommend to friends.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich kreativ und sehr individuell eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Atmosphäre des Stadtteils hat uns richtig gut gefallen.

Tolle, schön eingerichtete und ruhige Wohnung im Herzen von Kreuzkölln! Unbedingt empfehlenswert - alles, was das Ausgeherz begehrt, liegt immer gleich um die nächste Ecke. U-Bahn und Busse sind am Hermannplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fuss erreichbar. Besser kann man es eigentlich nicht treffen.

One of my all time favourite flats. Incredible location in the heart of kreuzberg with lots of cafes, bookshops and parks.
The flat itself is immacuately furnished with a very interesting TV stand. Great value for money.

The apartment is an eye catcher. It is perfectly designed and very stylish. The little, selfmade multimedia "cart" is a highlight.
The flat is located in the place-to-be-area Neukoelln. Everything you need is around the corner (public transportation, restaurants, shops etc.).

Florian is a great host. Very friendly and reliable. He also gave us a few tips for bars etc in the area. Check in/out was also very easy and uncomplicated.

The host was very good. He told us about the parks and bars in the area, and pointed out shopping streets and other places we were interested in on a map for us. We even got a text during our stay to check that everything was alright.

Florian hat sämtliche Anfragen sofort beantwortet, Die Wohnungsübergaben bei der An- und Abreise verliefen absolut problemlos und ich konnte am Abreisetag bis Mittag in der Wohnung bleiben, kurz: Florian ist ein super Gastgeber
