The location and description of the path were the best! The towels could not use it! There are only small towels! No bath towel! The photos look great! The reality is very old! If you have questions just e-mail and no phone!

NO clean dishes, glasses and more!

There is only one key for the apartment! We were 5 people!
This is very complicated!

Die Leute, die erwarten relative Sauberkeit und frische Bettwäsche im eingetroffenen Appartment, werden sich sehr täuschen. Ich hatte Gefühl, dass einige Ecken schon seit lange Zeit nicht gereinigt waren.

No dudamos en que el apartamento cuando se reformo seria de gran calidad pero ahora mismo deja mucho que desear puesto que su mantenimiento es nulo. Las sabanas o eran muy viejas o estaban sucias, una de las camas pequeñas presentaba las lamas rotas y el colchón era insufrible, el baño no tenia papel higiénico, y había mucha humedad. La campana estaba llena de grasa al igual que el horno, y el frigorífico en su interior se encontraba sucio. El aire acondicionado se encontraba taponado puesto que el agua escupía al interior. El cuarto de matrimonio no tenía cortina o estor y nada mas amanecer entraba toda la luz.
Le enviamos un email a Flor pero no contesto hasta la mañana siguiente, no admitiendo muchos de los problemas presentados.
La verdad es que nuestra estancia en dicho apartamento no fue nada satisfactoria

Appartment in very center of Barcelona, comfortable with almost everything what was need, accept air conditioning. Neighbourhood rather poor with old buildings, narrow streets, and lot's of Arabic shops which of course in some way has his own charm.

The flat was very charming and quiet, 4-5minutes to get to the main street(ramblas)! It was clean and modern, just the bathroom door was a little broken but it didn't disturb us! I would fully recommend it:)

- no lift, so for old people or heavy suitcases, it is difficult to walk
up!

La Barceloneta is a very nice part of Barcelona. Everything you need is just a minute's walk away, there is even a small but still impressive "Mercat" a few hundred meters away, the beach is close

I would like to raise a complaint about the apartment given to me. First day was fine, but the apartment lacked few basic things like a doormat and in the washroom too there was no door mat. Another thing I observed during  packing my suitcase, that the apartment has so many bed bugs. I have got rashes because of it and now have to double check my clothes after reaching home. I checked with the doctor and they prescribed some medicine, that cost me 100 euros. I would like to know the process to raise for a compensation or raise necessary action against the respective regulatory body against both the firms. I don't want anyone else to suffer the same. Worse is my family had to suffer the same.

Nice & cosy flat! We enjoyed our time there!

The flat was very nice. We had no problems with finding it or something else. It's perfect for 6 people because it's very big. Next to the flat is a supermarket. And we need about 10 minutes per feet to get to the very famous la rambla.
It was a very nice trip.

Die Lage ist der Wahnsinn in der Nacht das Meeresrauschen zu hören ist einfach herrlich. Von der Kaffeemaschine über den Föhn dem Internetzugang + Fernseher bis zur Waschmaschine + Trockner alles da für den der es braucht. Wir haben lieber die tolle Stadt und das Meer erkundet ist wirklich alles traumhaft vorhanden. Wir kommen sicher wieder dieses Mal dann mit Kindern.

Die Wohnung war richtig gut und den Fotos entsprechend. Wir fühlten uns wie zuhause, alles war sehr liebevoll dekoriert und es fehlte an nichts.

In generale buono solo la cucina poco attrezzata e non pulitissima ma il resto della casa era in ordine.

Es war für uns die Premiere sozusagen, und unsere Erwartungen haben sich erfüllt. Ein sehr nettes Quartier, und was wir leider viel zu spät gemerkt haben, sehr nette Lokale gleich in der Straße dahinter - nicht so touristisch und man ist dort unter Studenten und die Preise sind dementsprechend günstig! Auf jeden Fall ist Flors Appartment wieder unsere erste Wahl, wenn wir wiederkommen! Es ist für Barcelona eigentlich ruhig - geschlafen haben wir wie die Murmeltiere.... :-)

schönes Apartement in sehr guter Lage, man ist schnell zu Fuß im Barrio Gotico und auf den Ramblas; Küchen-Ausstattung ist ein wenig spärlich, aber das Wichtigste ist da

Wir waren leider etwas enttäuscht von unserer Unterkunft da es ziemlich dreckig war. Ich muss dazu sagen, das ich schon in Spanien gelebt habe und daher weiß das man den Deutschen standart nicht erwarten kann, aber für 70€ die Nacht sollte es schon sauber sein, besonders in der Küche, den Schubläden und Töpfen etc..
Hier wurde sich einfach nicht genug Zeit genommen sauber zu machen und dafür nur Oberflächlich rübergewischt. Wir haben dann die Vermieterin angerufen und gaben Ihr die Chance den Schmutz zu beseitigen, was sie auch tat als wir in die Stadt gingen.
Problem war jetzt nur, das wir nun nicht mal mehr darauf vertrauten, saubere Bettwäsche bekommen zu haben also schliefen wir mit unseren Jogginganzügen und legten Handtücher über unsere Kopfkissen.
Ich glaube das will man gar nicht im Urlaub!!!!! Ende vom Lied ist, die nächste Nacht verbrachten wir woanders! Schade ums Geld aber lieber wohlfühlen und eine zufriedene Frau!

The flat was well designed, a good location but for us not clean enough.

Situado cerca de bares y del metro. Los sitios de interes turistico y de salir de noche están bien alcanzables por metro o incluso caminando.
El apartamento esta diseñado con gusto y con amor al detalle.
