Donatien is a great guy! Always willing to give, to offer and to share.He is the real incarnation of the spirit of the community.He helped me a lot and even invited me to pass together saturday night drinking beer.He is absolutelly recommendable and always creates a simple and personal atmosphere.This is the way I like to travel and I am happy for having met him.Till next time!

I shared the appartment not directly with donatien but with a friend of him, a girl called Ly. First of all, you should consider that you're not going to live hotel-like. It's totally different since your accommodation is a private appartment of a Local resident. Therefore, you cannot expect things like e.g. total privacy or room service. However, for me it was great, since I had a very good time with Ly and she also helped me with my French and to make the first steps in Paris.
The appartment is fully equipped and cosy, you will not miss anything. The connection to local trains and the metro is well. Ly is going to support you in every question.
So, if you can agree to share you're space and to spend some time with nice people I can definetly recommend you this offer.

Donatien is a really friendly and helpful person. If one has a deal with him, one hasn't to worry about anything. I'd book accomodation from him any time again.

Very nice place, nica location near to the subway and market. Also very nice people, very friendly and you feel like in a family there! Highly recomended to people who don't want to spend a lot of money with Hotels in Paris and also want a nice place to stay. I'm very happy and hope some other people have the opirtunity to know these nice people :)

The hosts are very friendly, courteous and welcoming. From the first to the last moment, I felt in good hands.
Starting from the collection at the station, to helping with communication problems (I had to learn French in France). Always the hosts were very helpful, patient and most accommodating.
In any case, very recommendable to make the acquaintance.

Another visit in the summer is already being planned.

He is indeed a very nice host. Friendly,kind and very understanding. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends who would want to visit paris and make new friends. He made us a non alcohol cocktails and play cards and went out with us. I would have never thought that there actually is a host who is willing to do that,but he did it. How fantastic. Plus, i get to practice my french and he gets to practice his english. Overall, my friends and I are very satisfied and indeed happy with our stay with him.

Donatien, his nephew, and his brother were all very hospitable when I arrived in their apartment. They are very nice and were genuinely interested in keeping me comfortable. Great hosts that like to share their home with others!
