Very nice place! Bigger than it looked on the pictures and nicely decorated. Would definitively recommend this place to others.

Hervorragend gelegene, charmante Altbau-Wohnung. Total ruhig, da im Hinterhof und obersten Stock (ohne Aufzug). Einfach aber unbedingt kultiviert möbliert und ausgestattet. Bietet mit kleiner Wohnküche, Esszimmer, Schlafzimmer genügend Raum, um auch mal ein paar Stunden da zu sein

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und hebt sich durch die individuelle und geschmackvolle Ausstattung angenehm vom häufig üblichen Möbelhaus-Standard ab. Es fehlt an nichts, auch Bad und Küche lassen keine Wünsche offen, dennoch wurde die Wohnung nicht "totsaniert" sondern besticht durch Altbaucharme und Patina. Die Lage ist perfekt, jede Menge Restaurants, Bars, Imbisse und individuelle und ausgefallene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Nachbarschaft, wie auch die wichtigsten öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Top Lage (Rosenthaler Platz, Mitte), geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt für einen Berlin Trip empfehlen. Daumen hoch.

What an amazing place. Handy to everything and really great shops and cafés close by. Would recommend this place to anyone. Plenty of space which is so nice as there was the three of us staying. Would come again if ever in Berlin.

Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung. Liegt super. Viele Restaurants und Cafes in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kleine Geschäfte und Boutiquen direkt vor der Tür. Für jeden Geschmak etwas. Das Appartment ist gut ausgestattet alles Top. Ich werde es wieder buchen.

We really enjoyed stayíng in Daniel's appartment, the location was really practical, lots of restaurants & cafés around, supermarket around the corner and even a sweet flea market on sunday! the tram was just nearby and the tube also not far, although facing the street the appartment is really quiet with lots of sun for breakfast in the beautifful wide kitchen. The apparment is very well furnished, with taste and high quality equipment everywhere except maybe the matress in the bedroom which could be a bit firmer for my taste. In anycase a very cosy, friendly, sunny and charming stay. We loved it, will recommend it and will keep the address preciously!

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Prenzlauer Berg. Sie ist sehr attraktiv eingerichtet, sauber und überhaupt - ich habe mich einfach wohl gefühlt. Danke.

Eine bessere Lage gibt es nicht. Und die Wohnung selbst war auch super, viel Platz, tolle Einrichtung und sehr guter Zustand.

great apartment! clean, comfortable, well equipped, central and as described. host replies always quickly and friendly. we stayed there with 4 people and both beds are convenient. i would highly recommend this place it's perfect for your stay in Berlin. Both flat and host deserve its five stars!

Unterkunft was super - wir hatten das Gefühl, Berliner zu sein, so richtig mitten drin.

Geniale Lage, viele kleine Frühstücks-Cafes und Lokale in umittelbarer Umgebung. Fahrradverleih in 20m Entfernung. Sehr saubere, helle, coole und trotzdem zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung. Individuell und mit persönlichen Gegenständen eingerichtet - überhaupt kein anonymes "Ferienwohnunggefühl".
Handtücher, Bettwäsche hat alles super funktioniert. Wir waren zu viert unterwegs und die Wohnungsgröße war perfekt.
Wir können die Wohnung sehr weiterempfehlen!!!

Super Wohnung ! Gemütlich, mit toller Ausstattung und in allerbester Lage. Urlaub von der ersten Minute an ! Endlich auch mal keine falschen Versprechungen bzgl. U-Bahn-Entfernung, Gegend etc. - Perfect location ! Werde sicher wieder einmal dort wohnen.

We visit a new capital every year. Every year we stay in a flat and never a hotel. This flat was GREAT!! Welcome smile, welcome wine, welcome beer, fresh flowers, signed artwork, amazing suspended lamp in the living room. Clean, clean, clean. Perfect kitchen for those that like to cook ( me) (missing some baking dishes for the oven). The beds arevGREAT! Firm yet soft.

Sehr nette Altbauwohnung in attraktiver Lage. Alles vorhanden, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wirklich gemütlich und geschmckvoll eingeichtete Wohnung mitten im Herzen Berlins. Die Küche ist zudem noch so gut ausgestattet, von Gewürzrn bis zu Geschirrspülmittel ist alles vorhanden.

Beautiful apartment, with all necessary equipment, the pictures do it justice... Centrally located in Kastanienallee with tramway station in front of the house. A little bit noisy due to the Kastanienallee (if you have a light sleep, take ear plugs with you). However, I would rent the flat again!

The place was exactly as described and pictured, with some nice extras. If anything it's a bit larger than I had imagined. Very stylish, clean and great location. Definitely recommended, would book again in a heartbeat.

In the heart of Berlin-Mitte directly in the famous Kastanienalle. There are plenty cafés and restaurants near by. Can be reached by tram or subway very easily.
Furniture is very elegant. Everything is kept in white. Kitchen is brand new!
