Meike 5.0 07.11.2015Comasias Wohnung liegt im Souterrain. Die zwei Zimmer, die sie
vermietet, sind beide ruhig gelegen. Aus dem Stadtzentrum kommend sind
die Hauptstraßen zwar wirklich nicht sehr hübsch. In den Nebenstraßen
sind jedoch einige nette Kneipen und Bars und eines der wenigen
alternativen Viertel in Rom (Pigneto), was wirklich einen Besuch wert
ist. Man kann dort unter anderem unter Locals gut und günstig Essen
gehen. Da ich mit meiner 11-jährigen Tochter in Rom war, war ich leider
nicht abends bzw. nachts unterwegs. -

Die Lage ist prima. Etwas ab vom Zentrum, jedoch mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung in alle Richtungen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt drum rum, sogar ein Bioladen in unmittelbarer Umgebung, Kneipen, Restaurants, Szene, Stadtleben für Junggebliebene.
Ruhige Lage! Aber nicht Abseits. -

The room was great, comfortable bed, wifi well heated. The house is close to the tram stop, 15 minutes from downtown. The The neighborhood is young and full of bars and cheap restaurants, frequented by locals, far from the tourist restaurants in the old town. Excellent pizza Margarì! I'd definitely stay there again if I returned to Rome.

My stay with Comasia was great. She was super helpful and good to talk to. The area is not at all touristy, which I enjoyed, having a chance to see how the locals did things. It's a 15 minute tram to termini and 15 min bus to coliseum etc. quite convenient for transport. Great value and very clean, with fast internet. Cheers Comasia

The place is nice and quite central. And I loved the neighbourhood: Pigneto! The atmosphere is amazing, excellent for having a caffè or cena with friends...

Staying at this venue was perfect! Easy tram ride straight to Termini, and the flat itself was in a great area for drinking and eating as well. Had a great atmosphere at night at a nearby pedestrian access only area (about a 4/5 minute walk away from the front door!). Had a fantastic stay here, very clean, plenty of room, and access to kitchen facilities. Would highly recommend!

Comasia's place was perfect. It was always clean and tidy. The room was spacious and well furnished. I could use the kitchen and the fridge which was great. The location is good, with supermarkets, restaurants, and bars around. I could definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

Very nice and clean place. You have everything thre that you need. The apartment is in the student and former working quarter which is now a very hip place with lots of bars and fancy places. You can walk around all night which is really a must in Pigneto. I would always come back.

Comasia ist sehr hilfsbereit und rücksichtsvoll und hat uns viele Tipps
gegeben, immer bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu
machen. -

Comasia war absolut Auskunftsbereit und hatte selber Tipps und Anregungen für einen Romaufenthalt parat.
Sie zeigte sich sehr hilfsbereit. Bei der Planung von Ausflügen mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln half uns ihre Ortskenntnis sehr.
Für besondere Lokalitäten in ihrem Stadtviertel hat Sie einen extra Lageplan.
In ihrer Wohnung konnten wir ganz ungezwungen verweilen, die Küchennutzung war sehr vorteilhaft.

Comasia was a great host. She is friendly and easygoing. Always willing to help and asnwer my questions about Rome or Italy. She's pacient enough to help me practice my Italian. I'll stay with here again if I ever return to Rome. Thank you for everything Comasia :)

Comasia is very nice and considerate. She helps you with different questions and Information you need when you go to Rome. The place is very clean and neat and you feel a lot like home.
